Hugo Arbes is a bioinformatics engineer at Gustave Roussy. He has a master degree in bioinformatics and is now a senior bioinformatics research engineer recruited by the Paris Kids Cancer consortium, where he serves as one of the two leads responsible for the development of a comprehensive pediatric pan-cancer atlas. Prior to joining Gustave Roussy in 2025, he gained substancial research experience at both Institut Curie and the CNRS, contributing to projects in computational biology. His work is driven by a strong commitment to advancing data-driven approaches in pediatric cancer research. Beyond his professional activities, he has traveled extensively across the globe, with a particular affinity for Asia. He also maintains a deep interest in music and gaming, which complement his analytical and creative pursuits.
