Sylvain Morette is a student at Ecole Centale de Nantes doing his first-year Master’s internship at Gustave Roussy in bioinformatics in Alberge’s team.
After a two-year intensive program to prepare for the competitive entrance exams for engineering schools, he began to study bioinformatics as his major. During his studies, he participated in a project of analysing scRNA-seq data of MCF7 and MCF10A breast cancer cells with R to identify potential targeted treatments for the Institut de Cancérologie de l’Ouest.
